It is in regards to the ‘Spoon Theory’ by Christine Miserandino. It is to do with people living with a chronic illness that may be hard to see on the outside. Have a look at it; it’s quite interesting:

“To the anon wanting a tattoo: My mom has a bracelet-type tattoo that says “Breathe Believe” and has a butterfly made out of a purple ribbon.”
“The worst thing about CF for me is the fact that my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years now and I cant…. I know the doctors say it COULD happen but I don’t think it ever will….”

“i just turned 19 the end of last month and my insurance has gone, so I’ll have to pay for all my medications out of pocket, or get it through college. Both are unsavory options, and I don’t want my parents to have to pay for everything… I really would like to move out and declare myself an independant, but that’ll cost even more money. I’m at a bit of a loss what to do right now… getting older sucks. And so does CF. :C”
